21-11-2008/16:54 Sopot, Central Bulgaria - More than 1,000 people joined a strike and blocked the entrances to the Vazov Machine Building Works here on Friday. The strike was called by the Podkrepa Labour Confederation. The other union, the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions, distanced itself from the protest. Agreement was reached with the management and the strike was called off later on.
